" We want Sigma to be known as an organization with an excellent work culture, a company of choice, we strive to create a culture that people will really enjoy and promote. "
Sigma’s corporate transformational mission document “Sigma Win Strategy” was evolved to ensure intense focus on three key platforms –Profitable Growth, Cost Competitiveness and Empowered People. These platforms have been bound together by implementing Policy Deployment –developing measurable goals (KRAs), and reviewing and monitoring major KRAs/ projects. Policy Deployment leads to key operating metrics being reviewed, met and exceeded and has the advantage of the whole organization being aligned with company’s growth priorities. These KRAs get cascaded down from corporate team to each person across the organization. There is added focus on incorporating Dashboards, new MIS, Big Data analytics, and using real time data from connected machines. In summary—the organization team participates in the growth plans and supports development with specific individual KRAs tied into the corporate strategic growth plan. This focused approach has supported Sigma’s growth performance and achievements
