" Zenius’ goal is to assist Federal agencies in defining a future state that takes advantage of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, etc. "

Zenius Corporation is a HUBZone- certified, Minority-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) firm comprised of highly experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable industry experts. As trusted advisors to their clients, Zenius offers expertise in solving complex and multi-dimensional operational and technical challenges. Zenius develops and provides Grants Management systems and solutions, IT Assessment and Optimization systems and services, Financial Management systems and consulting, and Higher Education domain support and expertise. Their consultants design and manage complex information technology programs, award-winning grants management systems, and tailored e-Business solutions to reduce service costs and lower operating expenses while maximizing system efficiency.

Zenius strives to bring innovative solutions to Federal agencies. Over last four years, Zenius has developed a few key proprietary intellectual properties that aim to bring more efficiency and reduce waste in federal IT operations: Enterprise Configuration Management (ECM) Framework which is an accurate accounting of configuration items and control of system, network, and software changes and their impacts using DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) and NIST 800-53. IT Ecosystem Assessment Methodology (ITEA) which is a comprehensive review of an organization's entire hardware, software, Cyber, Risk, Data and Staffing environment in order to optimize and modernize the same. Grants Management Maturity Index (GMMI) is a methodology to assess Grants Line of Business against optimal standards and uncover risks and areas of savings. Lastly, GrantsForce Application is a modular grants management application that supports the end-to-end Federal Grants Management Lifecycle Pre-Award, Post-Award, and Closeout.

Over time, Zenius has built great relationships based on its core values, leading to trusted partnerships with their clients and teaming partners. Zenius’ collaborative and constructive approach with clients and partners has won them several accolades and helped retain customers. To cite an example, The US Department of Education (DoED) engaged with Zenius to conduct a market survey and cost/benefit analysis to identify a potential replacement for their enterprise Grants Management System (GMS). Zenius leveraged their Grants Management Maturity Index (GMMI) methodology to conduct a comprehensive market survey reaching out to over 50 COTS/GOTS/Shared Services solution providers. After initial alternatives analysis, Zenius narrowed down their options to three choices, followed by a cost/benefit analysis to compare the potential cost of the new solution with the benefits realized (both tangible and intangible). Zenius based their recommendations following the guidelines provided in OMB Circular A-94, which enabled the DoED to move forward with its modernization plans in a pragmatic fashion.

Zenius’ goal is to assist Federal agencies in defining a future state that takes advantage of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, etc. to digitally transform the way these agencies conduct their day-to-day business. “We spend a considerable amount of time on change management and communication to ensure key stakeholders and users are comfortable with our recommendations and understand that these changes are going to empower them to make better decisions,” says Prasanna.
